Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. Key responsibilities will include:

Sales Customer Management

Generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.Regularly visit dealers, retailers, and project sites to drive product demand and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely do sure and delivery.

Market Development

Identify and onboard new retailers, contractors, and plumbing professionals.Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations when needed.Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Product Knowledge Promotion

Maintain deep knowledge of plumbing products, PVC/CPVC/UPVC pipes,fittings, and accessoriesPromote new product lines, schemes, and offers to customers.

Coordination Reportin g

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.Submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager/Partners.Candidate Requirements

Experience

2-4 years of sales experience in the pipes, plumbing, sanitary ware, or construction materials industry.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. Technical diploma/background in plumbing or civil-related fields is a plus.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Negotiation and closing skills.Knowledge of the Indore and surrounding regional market.Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).Other: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license, Willing to travel within Indore and nearby regions for field visits.

Working Hours:

10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)
