Sales & Client Servicing Engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and high-end clients to understand project requirements and provide technically accurate product recommendations. Develop tailored proposals and presentations showcasing our premium marble and stone collections. Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, sample sharing, quotation, negotiation, and closure. Ensure a seamless client experience from initial discussion to final project delivery. 2. Operations & Technical Support Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution. Conduct technical discussions with civil contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure product feasibility and correct application. Support installation teams with on-site technical guidance and quality checks where required. Monitor supply chain timelines to ensure smooth dispatches and project execution. 3. Market Research & Business Growth Identify upcoming luxury residential and commercial projects, especially in premium real estate and hospitality segments. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (developers, consultants, project managers, and luxury interior firms). Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in natural stone applications. 4. Database & Reporting Maintain detailed project pipelines, client interactions, and progress reports using CRM tools. Categorize and track clients/projects based on value, stage, and conversion probability. Provide regular sales forecasts and operational updates to management. What are we looking for? Educational Background: Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Experience: 5-10+ years in sales, operations, or project coordination within construction, real estate, interiors, or luxury building materials. Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site execution processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HNIs, architects, and project stakeholders. Ability to balance sales targets with technical precision and client satisfaction. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury design and execution.
