Client Relationship

You would be responsible for: - Attending to all client phone call enquiries received from newspaper inserts, references, newspaper ads, or marketing activities. - Validating client information as per our criteria and recording the same in internal databases. - Fixing appointments for clients to visit the experience center and meeting and greeting them upon their visit. - Acting as an intermediary between clients and design teams for initial requirements. - Scheduling and coordinating meetings with the clients post the initial conversation. - Giving a tour of the experience center if needed. - Following up with the client, rescheduling if another visit is needed, and informing internal teams accordingly. - Keeping a record and maintaining data of all meetings and visits diligently. Qualifications required: - Preferably a Masters/bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of experience in client relations. - Proven record in handling HNI clients in the luxury sector for 2-3 years. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Passion and dedication towards client servicing.
