Procurement Executive

As an Operations professional in Mumbai, you will be responsible for handling the overall Procurement process. Your role will involve strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing & implementing Procurement strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish procurement strategies for the acquisition, receiving, and tracking of project materials to optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery criteria. - Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements, credit terms, track supplier performance standards, and conduct ongoing evaluations. - Collaborate with management in negotiating contracts and lines of credit with suppliers and subcontractors. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers. - Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production. - Process purchase orders to acquire goods. - Conduct periodic meetings with relevant teams (Quantity surveyor/projects/accounts) to ensure clear priorities and smooth workflow as per agreed plans. - Calculate the cost of orders, assign invoices to appropriate accounts, and monitor inventory for project consumption. Determine if inventory quantities for commonly used items are sufficient and order more supplies as needed. - Optimize the material and supplier portfolio by deciding what materials to buy in bulk and consume as needed from inventory by projects, and which materials are best to acquire as needed for specific projects. - Prepare procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management and procurement functions of purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections, and logistics. - Prepare and review all comparison for purchasing orders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Language Proficiency: English, Hindi - Minimum 5-8 years of experience - Skills and Abilities in Management of Financial Resources and Financial Analysis,
