Role Overview: You will be joining The Quarry, a luxury home decor brand known for revolutionizing the marble industry in India. As part of the elite team, you will engage in sales, client servicing, operations, technical support, market research, and database management to drive business growth and ensure premium client experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and high-end clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored product recommendations. - Develop proposals and presentations showcasing premium marble and stone collections, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. - Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and internal departments for timely and accurate order execution, providing technical support on-site when necessary. - Identify luxury residential and commercial projects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and stay updated on industry trends. - Maintain project pipelines, client interactions, progress reports using CRM tools, and provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. - 5-10+ years of experience in sales, operations, or project coordination within construction, real estate, interiors, or luxury building materials. - Strong understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and site execution processes. - Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and balance sales targets with client satisfaction. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury design and execution.,
