Head Operations Projects (Civil & Carpentry)

In the role of Head of Operations - Projects (Civil and Carpentry) at The Quarry, you will oversee the operational aspects of civil and carpentry projects within Quarry Projects. Your responsibilities will include managing a team to deliver high-quality, custom home dcor solutions with a focus on civil and carpentry work. Leading the complete project lifecycle, you will ensure timely delivery, maintain high craftsmanship standards, drive profitability, manage P&L, and ensure excellent client management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee civil and carpentry operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. - Develop and implement operational processes to optimize efficiency and successful project delivery. - Manage procurement of materials, inventory control, and vendor relationships for carpentry and civil work. - Lead, mentor, and manage the civil and carpentry teams to foster a high-performance culture. - Provide direction to ensure team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. - Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for civil and carpentry operations, monitoring operational costs and implementing strategies for profitability. - Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Oversee end-to-end project management, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external contractors, carpenters, architects, and stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. - Provide regular updates to the Founder on operational performance, project status, financial outcomes, and team progress. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience as Head of Operations or in a senior executive role in operations management, focusing on civil and carpentry projects. - Experience in managing high-end or luxury construction and carpentry projects preferred. - Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering complex projects, and leading diverse teams. - Strong leadership, project management, financial acumen, communication, and client management skills. - Deep understanding of civil and carpentry operations, industry standards, and problem-solving abilities.,
