Role Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving B2B sales of sports productsincluding rackets, balls, and accessoriesacross clubs, academies, retailers, and distributors. This role focuses on expanding the company's market reach by identifying and onboarding new distribution channels while nurturing existing relationships within the sports ecosystem. The Sales Associate manages end-to-end sales processes, from pitching and negotiation to order closure and payment coordination. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to achieve revenue goals, resolving partner queries efficiently, and maintaining accurate sales performance reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of rackets, balls, and accessories to clubs, academies, retailers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the sports ecosystem.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new distribution channels to expand reach.
- Share product catalogues, manage negotiations, and close sales effectively.
- Act as the point of contact for partner queries, orders, and payments.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to meet revenue targets.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements :-
- 12 years of experience in sales (sports, fitness, or consumer goods preferred).
- Excellent communication, pitching, and selling skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ownership mindset entrepreneurial, self-driven, and adaptable to startup culture.
- Startup or sports-tech experience is a strong plus.
Nice to Have :-
- Experience in the sports or fitness equipment sector.
- Knowledge of the rules and trends in Padel and Pickleball.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish or French) for international clients.
