Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at our company, your main role will be to assist customers, provide product information, process sales transactions, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Your friendly attitude, excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases. - Communicate effectively in Malayalam and English to assist a diverse customer base. - Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. - Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area. - Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed. - Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements & Qualifications: - Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written). - Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (training will be provided if necessary). - Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. - High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or marketing is a plus).
