Sales Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Perfume Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with fragrance selections
• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
• Explain perfume notes, ingredients, and fragrance profiles
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
• Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels
• Handle billing and manage customer transactions accurately
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Participate in product training and promotions

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, well-groomed appearance & professional behavior
• Ability to understand customer needs and upsell products
• Basic computer skills for billing & inventory records
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
