The Factory Store Keeper/Admin will be responsible for managing daily inventory, including packing, purchase entry and expense entry. Qualifications Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) Minimum 1 years of experience in purchase entry and basic inventory/packing work Working knowledge of MS Excel Skills in Packing and Unloading Experience in Inventory Control and Management Proficiency in Forklift Operation Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Keys and Responsibilities Purchase Entry: * Accurately enter purchase invoices and bills into accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, etc.). * Maintain proper records of vendor bills, purchase orders, and receipts. Packing Operations: * Oversee and assist in the packing of fastnerers * Ensure proper labeling, counting, and safe packaging of items for dispatch or storage. Factory Support & Coordination: * Guide housekeeping staff and factory staff in maintaining cleanliness and order. * Ensure that tools, materials, and goods are kept in designated place for smooth workflow. * Monitor daily cleanliness and organization in the workplace. * Assist in the procurement and arrangement of miscellaneous expense items (e.g., stationery, cleaning supplies, tools).
