Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Arc Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components using Arc welding techniques while ensuring quality and precision. This role requires expertise in welding procedures, blueprint reading, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine job specifications.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components before welding.
• Inspect and test welded structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in good condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Arc Welder or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of welding tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual welding tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
