About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and confident freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in sales. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to make daily sales calls and learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Maintain records of daily calls, leads, and conversions.
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet daily/weekly sales and call targets.

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer engagement (internships count).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Willingness to make multiple calls daily and handle customer interactions.
• Graduate in any discipline.
