Sales Assistant

Rossette Coffee Lab is a fast-growing specialty coffee roastery on a mission to redefine how India experiences coffee. We are looking for a *Sales Assistant * to join our team in Delhi and be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

* Proactively connect with potential clients via phone calls (telephonic hunting).

* Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with café owners, restaurants, and other partners.

* Manage client databases, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide excellent customer support.

* Handle administrative responsibilities related to sales operations.

* Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales and outreach targets.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
•  Proficiency in MS office.
•  Ability to network and talk about the brand.
• Must have a Laptop.
• 6 days work week
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking & reporting).
• A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
