Rossette Coffee Lab is a fast-growing specialty coffee roastery on a mission to redefine how India experiences coffee. We are looking for a *Sales Assistant * to join our team in Delhi and be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and driving growth. Responsibilities * Proactively connect with potential clients via phone calls (telephonic hunting). * Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with café owners, restaurants, and other partners. * Manage client databases, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide excellent customer support. * Handle administrative responsibilities related to sales operations. * Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales and outreach targets. Qualifications/ Requirements Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred Proficiency in MS office. Ability to network and talk about the brand. Must have a Laptop. 6 days work week Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking & reporting). A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
