Job Title: Sales Assistant/ Executive

Location: Gurgaon (On Site/ May require some travel)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken and detail-oriented Sales Assistant/ Executive to support our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a strong interest in client servicing, coordination, and sales operations. The potential candidate will support sales activities, including communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with customer inquiries. Daily tasks will include managing records and reports, coordinating with team members and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documents.
  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM entries, and sales trackers.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support ongoing projects.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track action points.
  • Support in generating leads and updating outreach lists.
  • Assist with events, meetings, and exhibitions where needed.
  • Perform any additional administrative or operational tasks required by the sales team.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Customer Service orientation and proficiency in building relationships
  • Sales acumen, including the capability to meet and exceed targets
  • Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in managing time effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with sales software tools or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
  • Graduate in any discipline (freshers may apply).
