As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant based in India to join our team on-site.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Assistant to help grow our business in the auto transport industry. You’ll generate new leads, manage accounts, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, research, and follow-ups.
  • Explain the benefits of our services, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Provide accurate pricing quotes and assist customers in booking shipments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring smooth coordination and continued partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, update customer information, and document all interactions.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reports, and dealership coordination.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure shipments are handled efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales for at least 5 years or more (preferably in logistics, transportation, or automotive industries).
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to think creatively and overcome obstacles to close sales and provide the best service to clients.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10-hour per day
  • 8AM to 6PM EST
  • Aligns with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
