Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients in the Europe and U.S. markets
Conduct product/service presentations and demos virtually
Maintain and expand a database of potential clients via CRM tools
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close deals efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage international client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including late evenings and early mornings
