Job Description

Role Summary

As a Sales Assistant at Citadel Impex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to provide information and support.
  • Prepare and maintain sales data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage and organize sales documentation and data.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
