Job Description

Department:

Role Objective

Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Vision Inspection Systems, and Customized Automation Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate leads through

    industrial visits, networking, and inquiries

    .
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with

    OEMs, manufacturers, and existing clients

    .
  • Prepare and deliver

    sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

    .
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Application Engineering

  • Understand customer requirements and propose

    feasible automation/SPM solutions

    .
  • Work with

    design and project teams

    to prepare concept layouts, costing, and technical offers.
  • Assist in

    proof of concept (POC), trials, and demonstrations

    for customer requirements.

Customer Interaction

  • Act as a

    technical and commercial bridge

    between clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct

    pre-sales discussions, technical clarifications, and post-sales support

    .
  • Coordinate for

    FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

    and support during installation/commissioning.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Keep track of

    market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

    .
  • Regularly update CRM/sales reports and provide inputs for business growth.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, expos, and technical seminars for lead generation.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    automation, SPMs, and industrial machinery

    .
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and explain solutions to clients.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site surveys.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education:

    B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Mechatronics.
  • Experience:

    1-3 years in Sales/Application of automation/machinery solutions.
  • Freshers with strong technical background & interest in sales may also apply.
