Sales & Application Engineer

As a Sales & Application Engineer for electrical testing equipment, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team of electrical engineers. Your role will involve providing technical support to customers, supporting the sales team, conducting competition studies, and tracing customer needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating webinars, preparing reports using Ms Office, and editing technical manuals and data-sheets. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in technical discussions with customers - Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements - Conduct competition studies and customer tracing activities - Coordinate webinars and other online events - Prepare reports using Ms Office tools - Edit technical manuals and data-sheets - Possess good knowledge of electrical equipment such as Transformers, HV/MV and LV Switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing system, Lightning Arresters, and Relays - Skills in Electrical Vehicle Testing are a plus Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of CT/PT Testing, Relay Testing, Transformer Testing, Circuit Breaker Testing, Earth Testing, Partial Discharge Testing, and Electrical Vehicle Testing would be advantageous In this role, you will work in a combination of office and remote environments, with frequent travel for face-to-face meetings with customers and business partners. You will actively participate in technical discussions, conduct product trainings, and provide application support.
