Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Application Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, interpreting their engineering needs, and offering tailored technical solutions for industrial applications. The role involves collaborating with clients to promote and sell engineering products, addressing technical challenges, and developing long-term business relationships. Additional responsibilities include assisting in preparing technical sales documentation, conducting product presentations, and advising customers regarding product application and usage.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with a solid understanding of precision and automated industrial products.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Engineering, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience in delivering Technical Support and providing application-based solutions tailored to client needs.
• Knowledge of industrial product applications, including components like bearings, linear motion guides, and micro motors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field. Prior experience in sales or industrial solutions is advantageous.
