As a Senior Sales and Use Tax member at EY, you will be part of a dynamic and culturally diverse global workforce, spread across 8 GDS locations and influencing over 30+ countries. You will have the opportunity to work with engaging colleagues, develop new skills, and progress your career in a flexible and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and reconcile tax value notices and bills, resolving discrepancies with taxing jurisdictions - Demonstrate expertise in Sales tax concepts and research tools like Vertex, data handling, filings, and notices - Lead and mentor teams effectively, monitor tax legislation changes, and update procedures accordingly - Communicate and collaborate with teams globally, oversee returns, and provide input for process improvements - Independently apply knowledge in tax computation/return generation, proficient in Word, PowerPoint, analytics, and detail-oriented **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Exhibit inclusive behavior, strong communication skills, and knowledge in budgeting, reporting, and financial aspects - Drive process improvements, develop best practices, and possess logical, process-driven thinking **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in Sales and Use tax domain - Graduate/PG from any stream with experience in team management - Proficiency in English, interpersonal skills, and communication - Ideally, proficiency in data visualization tools like Power Query, Power BI, etc. At EY, you will find a truly global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities.
