Sales And Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Manager to lead and manage our dealership’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive both new and used vehicle sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor dealership sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Assist in forecasting annual, monthly, and weekly sales targets. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer complaints professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to increase showroom traffic and lead generation. Maintain knowledge of competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Oversee inventory management in coordination with the inventory control department. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal requirements, and manufacturer standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team to exceed targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Dealer Socket). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Working Conditions: Full-time position, including weekends and holidays as required. Fast-paced dealership environment. Some travel may be required for training or industry events.
