Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Manager to lead and manage our dealership’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive both new and used vehicle sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team to exceed targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Dealer Socket). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Explain features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services. Conduct test rides and ensure a smooth experience for the customer. Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain and follow up with prospective leads using calls, visits, and CRM tools.
