A specialized General Sales Agent (GSA) company offering highly customized and tech-driven Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and customer service outsourcing solutions to global Airlines.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales & Partnership Manager for GLID (An Aeroprime Group company). The Sales & Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing sales and partnership for GLID - airlines retailing platform, developing strategies to drive sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the region.


The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to growing sales and Manage assigned commercial trade accounts in line with the company’s strategic priorities, maximizing sales and revenues from the clients.


Plan and execute sales initiatives designed to target potential incremental business and increase market share. You will focus on growing and developing existing travel clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage the existing relationships with the travel agents and expand the sales network Globally
  • Management and Development of partners, and Agents
  • Develop sales and promotions activities in close coordination with Sales team members to help determine sales opportunities, appropriate action and ensure positive sales trends.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key travel trade accounts within the region for any/all escalations.
  • Liaise with Sales Support/ Reservation on behalf of commercial accounts for service issue resolutions.
  • Provide support to ensure achievement of the revenue sales target in accordance with company commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with all internal departments for cross-departmental requests and needs of the key accounts including but not limited to sales, finance, reservations, operations, other points of sale, etc.


Qualifications

  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven, with a passion for innovative technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or ideally in travel tourism
  • 10+ years' of relevant work experience with an International Airlines in sales / commercial field.
  • Knowledge of electronic distribution channels, inventory/channel management, and experience with B2B or B2C platforms (e.g., OTAs).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Power Point with excellent presentation skills
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
