Sales and Operations

You will be responsible for managing the sales and operations of our retail outlets in Bangalore, expanding our business stores, and increasing revenue. Your role will involve coordinating with support functions to ensure consistent improvements and leading a team to grow the commercial business. You will be required to implement sales promotion plans, introduce new store concepts, and coordinate in-store promotional activities for new releases and special products. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning product launches, sales promotion campaigns, and supporting business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and enhance revenue. Driving revenue and profit gains, improving organizational productivity, and initiating processes to create an effective sales organization will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be tasked with setting up budgets, managing overall sales targets for individual retail outlets, and monitoring sales projects to ensure timely execution. Tracking performance data, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and motivating staff through recognition and rewards based on performance appraisals will be essential for this role.
