We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand building, campaign execution, content marketing, performance metrics, and team collaboration. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads) and offline channels (events, PR, partnerships). Oversee content creation including marketing copy, visuals, videos, and other collateral in collaboration with the creative team. Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across channels and campaigns. Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, using KPIs and analytics tools to optimize results. Collaborate with sales, design, product, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools or platforms. Lead and manage a small marketing team (if applicable), providing direction, feedback, and performance reviews. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities. Experience working in wellness, fitness or entertainment . Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external creative teams.
