Accountant - Junior

As a Junior Accounts Executive, your role involves assisting in maintaining books of accounts using accounting software such as Tally Prime. You will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, bills, and expense reports. Additionally, you will support monthly and annual financial closings, reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts, maintain petty cash records, and assist with reimbursements. Your duties will also include assisting in GST filings and TDS calculations, as well as organizing and archiving financial documents. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, along with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime is essential, as well as a basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory norms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also important for this position. As a preferred trait, eagerness to learn and grow, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good communication and interpersonal skills are desired qualities. The working hours for this role are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays off on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
