Accountant - Junior

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reconciling various bank accounts, compiling and balancing financial information to ensure accuracy, maintaining accounting records for subsidiary branches, and assisting in securing sensitive financial data. Additionally, you will identify and correct accounting errors, prepare fixed asset depreciation schedules, assess the financial status of organizations, update general ledger accounts, and perform other accounting-related tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile various bank accounts by compiling and balancing financial information. - Maintain accounting records for subsidiary branches through balance sheet analysis and general ledger account management. - Assist in securing sensitive financial data by contributing to database creation and maintenance. - Identify and correct accounting errors, and make necessary journal entry adjustments. - Prepare and manage fixed asset depreciation schedules and accruals. - Assess the financial status and health of various organizations and businesses. - Update and maintain general ledger accounts, with a focus on accounts receivable details and control accounts. - Enhance knowledge and skills through educational programs and accounting publications. - Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.
