Sales and Operations

Join Anahata Retreats, a global wellness and Kundalini Yoga organization, as a Sales & Operations Executive. Drive sales for our retreats and workshops, manage client relationships, and coordinate smooth execution of programs worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Onboard new clients for retreats, workshops, and corporate programs.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

Operations:

• Coordinate logistics for retreats, workshops, and events (venue bookings, travel, accommodations, etc.).
• Work closely with the wellness team to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of resources.
• Assist in maintaining quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, operations, or event management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and holistic practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
