Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement

    comprehensive marketing strategies

    aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute

    360 campaigns

    across social media, SEO/SEM, email, paid ads, PR, partnerships, and offline events.

Content & Creative

  • Collaborate with design, content, and external creative teams to produce

    compelling copy, visuals, and video content

  • Ensure

    brand consistency

    across all touchpoints.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using

    KPIs and analytics tools

  • Leverage insights to

    optimize strategies

    and improve ROI.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Forecast, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Oversee vendors, agencies, and freelancers to deliver

    cost-effective, high-impact campaigns

    .

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Collaborate with sales, design, product, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns.
  • Identify and build

    strategic partnerships

    that amplify reach.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with

    industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms/tools

    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in

    marketing management

    with successful campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of

    digital marketing tools

    : SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Excellent

    communication, leadership, and project management

    skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong

    analytical and problem-solving abilities

    .
  • Experience in

    wellness, fitness, or entertainment sectors

    preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage

    vendors, agencies, and external creative partners

    .
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
