Job Title: Sales Manager – Telecom (B2C) Location: Indore Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2C Sales (Telecom Sector Preferred) Gender: Male candidates only Industry: Telecom Salary: up to 10LPA Job Summary: We are hiring a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2C telecom sales operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in direct consumer sales within the telecom industry, with strong team leadership and execution capabilities. This role is suitable only for male candidates . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the B2C sales team to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Develop and implement sales strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Supervise daily activities of field sales executives and ensure high productivity. Identify and tap into new market opportunities to increase customer base. Ensure smooth onboarding of customers, SIM activation, and post-sales support. Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct training sessions. Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve issues effectively. Prepare and share regular sales reports and market feedback with senior management. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of campaigns. Requirements: Male candidates only (due to extensive fieldwork) Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales , preferably in the telecom sector Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to travel and work on-ground in target markets Familiarity with SIM activations, telecom products, and customer documentation processes Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools Graduation (Any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory Preferred Qualities: Goal-oriented and target-driven approach Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Strong field knowledge of local telecom market trends Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
