Sales and Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes. This role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support sales activities, including lead follow-ups and client coordination
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and basic documentation
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and internal teams
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Assist in order processing, scheduling, and operational planning
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor daily operations and support process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sales coordination or operations
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Professional presentation and customer-handling skills
