Are you a dynamic video editor with a passion for creating high-impact, engaging content across both short-form and long-form media? We're looking for a versatile and trend-savvy creator to join our team. You'll be responsible for driving our social media growth by producing a high volume of viral-ready Reels and Shorts, while also handling the professional editing of our Podcasts and Promotional Videos. This role demands a fast turnaround mindset, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. If you thrive on tight deadlines and understand how to translate data into compelling visuals, we want to see your portfolio!

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit 3–4 daily viral short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) tailored for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Produce and edit longer content including Podcast episodes and Professional Promotional Videos.
• Design eye-catching visual content: High-res thumbnails, engaging motion graphics, and social media assets.
• Create trend-savvy, data-informed, and highly engaging content across all formats.
• Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity consistently across all channels.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years professional video editing experience (short-form and long-form content a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful short-form edits, long-form samples, and motion graphics work.
• Fast turnaround mindset — you thrive on tight deadlines and high-volume production.
• Excellent visual storytelling and editing instincts.
• Deep knowledge of Reels & Shorts trends, formats, and best practices.

Compensation & Contract:

• Contract: Full-Time Position
• Salary: Based on experience and portfolio

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in fast-paced content teams or media/startup environments.
• Comfortable editing in diverse niches (lifestyle, business, education, entertainment, etc.).
• Familiar with data-driven creative strategy and A/B testing visuals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
