V-Accel is a fast-growing AI-driven software company building enterprise-grade SaaS products, CRM systems, ERP solutions, and AI automation platforms for businesses.We work with founders, CXOs, IT heads, and enterprise leaders to deliver high-impact technology solutions.This role directly supports lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition for V-Accel’s software services, SaaS products, and AI solutions.Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Marketing & Brand BuildingManage and grow the official V-Accel LinkedIn company page.Build strong brand positioning for V-Accel’s products (CRM, ERP, HRMS, AI automations).Create high-quality posts, carousels, industry insights, and client success stories.Track engagement, reach, impressions, and content performance.2. B2B Lead Generation (Primary Responsibility)Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify:FoundersCEOs / CTOs / CIOsOperations HeadsHR HeadsBusiness Decision MakersBuild targeted lead lists and outreach pipelines.Send personalized connection messages with compelling value propositions.Move qualified prospects to the sales funnel (Google Sheet / CRM).3. Client Outreach & Sales InteractionInitiate conversations with decision-makers through DMs.Pitch V-Accel services clearly:Custom software developmentCRM/ERP solutionsAI automation & agentic systemsSaaS product developmentDedicated engineering teamsSchedule calls for the Founder/Sales Head.Maintain professional communication and follow-up sequences.4. Conversion Support & ReportingTrack leads, conversions, and response patterns.Provide weekly performance reports (leads added, conversations, replies, meetings booked).Coordinate with the Founder & Sales team during pitch calls and proposal follow-ups.Maintain structured documentation of lead status.Required Skills:Excellent communication (English mandatory).Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong understanding of B2B LinkedIn outreach.Ability to draft professional messages and pitch scripts.Basic understanding of IT services / SaaS / AI (preferred).Highly disciplined: daily outreach, follow-ups, and reporting.
