Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jamnagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products, fostering strong relationships with customers, and managing client accounts. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, and delivering sales training to team members or partners when required.

Qualifications

Proficient in Communication and Customer Service with a strong ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively
Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, relationship building, and achieving sales targets
Capable of delivering Training to enhance the performance of team members and partners
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis is a plus
Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Work experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
