Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international outbound tourism markets (with a strong focus on Dubai).

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve set targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners.

• Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.

• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and negotiations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in international outbound sales (Dubai market preferred).

• Strong background in Sales Management and Strategy.

• Excellent skills in Client Relationship Management and Team Leadership.

• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Reporting.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.

• Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
