This is a full-time, on-site role based i n Delhi. The sales and marketing will play a key role in driving international outbound sales, with a focus on outbond markets. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing travel partners , and expanding the company’s market presence. The Sales will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed sales reports. The position also requires overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies for international outbound tourism markets (with a strong focus on Dubai). • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve set targets. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners. • Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review. • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and negotiations. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in international outbound sales (Dubai market preferred). • Strong background in Sales Management and Strategy. • Excellent skills in Client Relationship Management and Team Leadership. • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Reporting. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets. • Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
