Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relations, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales teams. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
