Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing outstanding customer service, managing sales teams, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that team members are well-equipped to meet their sales targets.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the UI/UX design industry is a plus
