At Nxtgenix Solutions, we’ve spent the last 3 years building a name as Kerala’s first Webflow-certified design agency and a trusted partner for next-generation digital products. From intuitive UI/UX design to high-performing websites, mobile apps, and SaaS solutions, we have partnered with brands to turn ambitious ideas into market-ready products.

Now, we’re entering our next growth phase — expanding into full-scale product development and SaaS innovation. To make this happen, we’re looking for a CTO Co-Founder who can take charge of our technology vision and product roadmap.

The Role – CTO Co-Founder

We’re looking for a leader who can bring deep technical expertise and a product-first mindset to the table.

You will:

• Lead the technology strategy and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to launch.

• Spearhead software development across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

• Build and mentor a world-class tech team.

• Work closely with the founding team to align technology with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in product development & software architecture.

• Proven track record in scaling technology solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in modern stacks (MERN, Flutter, AI/ML, Cloud).

• A founder’s mindset — visionary, risk-taker, problem-solver.

• Bonus: Experience in SaaS product development or startup environments.
