Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in turf construction, landscaping, and related services.
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable turf and landscaping solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals profitably.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote turf construction and landscaping services.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities (social media, website content, online ads).
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Assist in branding activities, promotional campaigns, and company presentations.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and site demonstrations.

Client & Project Coordination

• Liaise with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Follow up with clients during and after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports.
• Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
• Track marketing campaign results and recommend improvements.

General Responsibilities

• Stay updated on turf technologies, landscaping trends, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
