Telemarketing Executive / Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive / Telecaller to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication skills and play a critical role in our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be essential in generating business leads and supporting the sales team:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients across key sectors: Education, Real Estate, Sports, and the Public Sector.
• Effectively introduce our turf construction services and assess client interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and manage consistent follow-ups.
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns and actively help convert initial leads into confirmed clients.

What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile)

We are seeking a confident and goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills:

• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in sales or telecalling/telesales is a strong plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) for lead management.
• Must be confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.
• Goal-oriented and capable of working effectively and independently.

Salary and Work Details

• Salary: Commensurate with experience (Based on Candidate Profile)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
