Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and training sales teams. The specialist will also develop marketing campaigns, track sales performance, and report on progress to management.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and developing sales strategies
• Ability to train and mentor sales teams
• Strong analytical skills for market research and tracking sales performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Adept with using CRM software and other sales tools
