Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Tiruchirappalli. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, driving sales initiatives, conducting sales training, and managing sales activities. The role involves interacting with clients, preparing sales reports, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct effective Training sessions Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
