Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, managing customer relationships, providing training, and driving sales growth. Additionally, they will handle communication and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and coaching sales teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the industrial automation and utility management sector is a plus
