Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Kochi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing effective sales strategies, training team members, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with customers, and analyzing market trends to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversions.
Use CRM and analytics tools to enhance performance and track ROI.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in creative/digital service industries and knowledge of marketing automation tools.
