Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing customer service, and participating in training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, sales meetings, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience, with the ability to manage and develop client relationships
• Sales management skills with experience in training and guiding sales teams
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or industrial automation sector is a plus
