Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in North Goa. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing plans, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and Sales Management abilities Experience in Training sales teams Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous
