Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales processes, providing customer service, and executing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, managing client relationships, and developing training programs to enhance the sales team's performance. The specialist will also work on driving sales growth and implementing effective sales management techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and conduct Training programs
• Proficiency in identifying and meeting customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the metal and alloys industry is a plus
